Reiki journal, and certificate after completion of the course.

lengthy, to complex, or because you are having difficulty keeping your mind focused?
If so then this class is for you : )
You will be given information about ;
~different types of meditations
~various ways to meditate
~you will experience a guided health meditation
~and most important; you will come to understand that there are no wrong ways to meditate.

day.
